Any spouse, child, brother, sister or parent residing as a member of the same household in the pricipal place of abode of member, officer, employee or agent of RealTime Fantasy Sports Inc. Any member, officer, employee or agent of RealTime Fantasy Sports Inc. The RealTime Fantasy Sports reserves the right to other remedies and actions as required by law. Should state or province law change during the registration period for the Contest, RealTime Fantasy Sports may suspend new contest registrations from that state or province beginning after the effective or enforcement date of the law. Except in Alabama and Nebraska where you must be nineteen (19) years of age or older and Arizona and Massachusetts where you must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. All participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date of registration in the Contest. Additional DFS game play restrictions may apply by state. Persons physically located in Nevada, Hawaii and Ontario are excluded from daily fantasy sports (DFS) contests. Persons physically located in Connecticut, Indiana, Vermont, Maine, or Delaware are expressly excluded. 
Legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States (excluding residents of Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, and Washington) or legal residents of Washington D.C. RealTime Fantasy Sports fantasy contests are open to: After the draft order is set or if it is less than 30 minutes before the scheduled draft time you will not be allowed to switch to another league. Once you join a fantasy league you will have the option to switch to another league up until the league is filled and the draft order is set or up until 30 minutes prior to the scheduled draft time. Honoring refund requests will be subject to the sole discretion of RealTime Fantasy Sports. Once the draft order is set all sales are final. After the draft order is set you may not receive a refund. The draft must be started by 11:59 pm ET the day prior to Opening Day.įor drafts held on or after Opening Day, the league will start play the first Monday after the draft.Īfter you sign up for the Contest, you may request a full refund of the purchase price up until your league is filled and the draft order is set. In order for a league's season to start with the first week of the Major League Baseball season, There will be twelve (12) teams per league. To be prize eligible you may not own more than one team per league per household. 
If you do register more than one team, each team must be in a different league. You may not have more than one team in any league.
You may register and play as many teams as you like. As part of the Official Rules, all dollar amounts are in US Dollars (USD).
You may play "Draft and Hold Fantasy Baseball" at any level from $50 to $1000 per team.
